摘要伴随着市场经济的不断发展，金融体系在各国经济发展中的作用也越来越大。2008年的金融危机让更多的人意识到金融市场稳定的重要性，此后，很多学者开始研究经济发展与金融市场之间的关系，从不同的角度论证金融市场对经济发展起到的作用。从宏观的角度来看，金融市场对于经济发展具有比较重要的推动作用，一个健康稳定的金融市场，可以为实体经济提供坚实的资金保障，促成企业的资金融通，稳定市场的经济形势，促进实体经济健康发展；反之，如果金融市场不健康，则会出现经济主体融资困难、资金缺乏保障等诸多问题。目前，在全球经济飞速发展、科技不断进步的情况下，金融市场对于一国经济的支撑作用愈发明显。我国的金融市场通过不断发展完善，已经初步形成了各级金融主体相互协同、各级市场互相配合、监管与市场行为不断完善的良好局面，但与西方发达国家相比，我国的金融市场仍存在一定的问题。本文通过分析我国金融市场的发展历程、现状以及存在的问题，提出改善的意见和建议，为促进我国金融市场乃至整体经济健康发展给予一定的帮助。关键词：金融市场，改革，金融创新ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofmarketeconomy,theroleofthefinancialsectorinnationaleconomicdevelopmentisalsogrowing.2008financialcrisis,theglobaleconomyhasbroughtgreatdisaster,butalsoallowmorepeopleawareoftheimportanceoffinancialmarketstability.Sincethen,manyscholarsbegantostudytherelationshipbetweeneconomicdevelopmentandfinancialmarkets,thefinancialmarketsdemonstratedtheroleofeconomicdevelopmentfromdifferentangles.Fromamacropointofview,thefinancialmarketsforeconomicdevelopmentmoreimportantroleinpromotingahealthyandstablefinancialmarket,canprovideasolidguaranteeforfinancingtherealeconomy,promoteenterprisestofurtherexpandthecapital,stabilizingtheoveralleconomicsituation,promotionentityhealthyeconomicdevelopment;theotherhand,ifthefinancialmarketisunhealthyeconomicentitiesfinancingdifficultiesoccur,lackoffundsandmanyothersecurityissues.Atpresent,theglobaleconomicintegration,thedevelopmentofadiversifiedeconomy,thefinancialmarketsforasupportingroleinacountry'seconomyisbecomingincreasinglyapparent.China'sfinancialmarketsthroughconstantdevelopmentandimprovementsincethereformandopeningup,hasinitiallyformedafinancialbodylevelsofmutualcollaboration,co-ordinationatalllevelsofthemarket,thegradualimprovementofregulatoryandmarketbehaviorofagoodsituation,butcomparedwithWesterncountries,China'sfinancialmarketsarestillsomeproblems.ThispaperanalyzesthedevelopmentcourseofChina'sfinancialmarkets,currentsituationandproblems,commentsandsuggestionsforimprovement,inordertopromoteChina'smarketandtheoveralleconomicandhealthydevelopmentofgivesom
