谈房屋载体模式公安管理信息系统摘要：公安信息在当今形势下的重要性更加突出，公安管理信息系统在案件侦查中的作用日益明显。公安管理信息系统对提高公安工作效率和降低侦查成本起着关键的作用。但是，现行的公安管理信息系统不能很好地实现异地信息的共享，各个地区的信息系统间存在着很大的差异，信息利用率低下。为了实现信息在更大范围内共享，提高信息的利用率，降低公安侦查成本，笔者创建了一个新的能够在全国范围内共享，标准、接口统一的公安应用系统——房屋载体模式公安信息管理系统。文章阐述了它的定义；两种查询与检索功能；四级结构；与现行公安应用系统的联系与区别；建设的必要性；软硬件方面的可行性研究；及JAVA解决方案研究等方面的内容。并且充分展示了该系统的特征：输入操作简单；信息涵盖面广；信息查询速度快；数据共享率高；实时维护，信息更新及时。关键词：公安工作效率；公安信息；房屋；Java体系PoliceSystemofHouseRelateModelAbstract:Inthecurrentsituation,theimportanceofPoliceInformationhasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention,andtheroleofPoliceAdministrationInformationSysteminPoliceInvestigationisbeingmoreandmoreimportant.PoliceAdministrationInformationSystemisalsocrucialtoimprovetheefficiencyofPoliceServiceworkanddecreasethecostofInvestigation.However,thecurrentPoliceAdministrationInformationSystemcan’tdowellinsharingthePoliceInformationamongdifferentplaces,andalsothePoliceInformationwhichhaslowusagerateisdifferentfromeachplace.InordertosharethePoliceInformationinamoreexpandscope,increasetherateoftheusageforthePoliceInformation,anddecreasethecostofinvestigation,anewApplicationSoftwareforPoliceAdministrationInformationSystemcalledHouseRelatedModel,hasbeendesignedandisintroducedinthisissue,whichfollowedonestandard,ThisHouseRelatedModelSystemcansharethePoliceInformationforthePolicealloverthecountry.Inthisissue,thefollowinginformationoftheSystemwillbedescribed,includingitsDefinition,SelectingandSearchingFunction,itsFourRanksConstruction,andtheCharacterscomparedtoothercurrentSystemModelincludingtheirconnectionanddistinction,aswellasitsessentialitytoconstructsuchaSystemModelandhowtoconstruct.Intheend,asolutiontoHouseRelatedModelSystemissuggestedbyusingJavatechnology.ThisverypassagealsostatestheCharacteristicsoftheHouseRelatedModelSystem,suchasitseasyinputoperating,extensiveinformationcontaining,rapidinquiryandselection,anditshighrateofdatasharing.Theinformationcanbeconstantlyrenewedandrefreshedupdatetoo.Keywords:EfficiencyofPoliceServiceWork;PoliceInformation;HouseModel;JAVATech
