互联网时代下我国商业银行理财产品的发展研究--以招商银行为例摘要:改革开放以来,我国经济取得迅猛发展,加上互联网技术的突飞猛进,给我国商业银行理财产品的发展带来了深刻的影响。本文通过运用实证分析和资料收集两种方法,并引入招商银行一例,对互联网时代下我国商业银行理财产品的发展现状进行分析,明白在互联网时代下我国商业银行理财产品仍存在产品类型不够丰富、人员服务意识和业务水平不高等问题,导致客户群正在不断地被分流出去,银行利润也呈下降趋势,得出互联网时代下我国商业银行理财产品发展具备期限多样化、产品个性化和业务类型广泛的特点。最后,总结提出面对互联网时代下竞争日趋激烈的市场,我国商业银行应该抓住机遇,结合互联网大数据时代,不断进行理财产品创新,丰富产品种类,打造出自身理财产品的优势,同时加强对人员素质的培养以及全面完善风险管控机制,避免给银行和客户造成不必要的损失,使我国商业银行理财产品业务得到持续性的发展。关键词:互联网时代,商业银行,理财产品,产品创新ResearchonthedevelopmentofChina'scommercialbanks'wealthmanagementproductsintheInternetage--aCaseStudyofChinaMerchantsBankAbstract:Sincethereformandopeningup,china‘seconomicdevelopsrapidly,coupledwiththerapiddevelopmentofInternettechnology,it'shavebroughtadeeplyeffecttothedevelopmentofChina'scommercialbanksproducts.Inthispaper,empiricalanalysisanddatacollectionmethods,andtheintroductionofacaseofChinaMerchantsBank,ThispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofChina'scommercialbanks'wealthmanagementproductsintheInternetera,understandthatintheInternetera,China'scommercialbanksfinancialproductsarestillnotrichinproducttypes,staffawarenessofserviceandbusinesslevelisnothigh.Asaresult,thecustomersarebeingdistributedout,andtheprofitsofthebanksaredecreasing.Itisconcludedthatthedevelopmentofthefinancialproductsofthecommercialbanksinourcountryhasthecharacteristicsofthediversificationofthetimelimit,theindividuationoftheproductsandthewiderangeofthebusinesstypes.Finally,itconcludesthatinthefaceoftheincreasinglycompetitivemarketintheInternetAge,China'scommercialbanksshouldseizetheopportunitytocombinetheInternetbigdataera,continuetocarryoutfinancialproductinnovation,enrichproducttypes,tobuildtheadvantagesofitsownfinancialproducts,whilestrengtheningthetrainingofpersonnelqualityandimprovingriskmanagementandcontrolmechanismsinanall-roundway,soastoavoidunnecessarylossestobanksandcustomers,sothatChina'scommercialbanksfinancialproductsbusinesshassustaineddevelopment.Keywords:TheageoftheInternet,CommercialBank,Financialproducts,Produ
