无锡商业职业技术学院毕业论文（设计）题目“一站式服务”在天目湖旅行社的实践运用系部旅游管理专业旅游管理班级旅游141学号14411120姓名谢宇指导教师蔡海燕摘要随着经济的发展与人民生活水平的提高，旅游逐渐成为现代人类生活中不可或缺的重要内容，是人类社会最重要的生活方式和社会经济活动之一。旅游的服务质量是旅游业的灵魂，是旅游业的生命。旅游服务质量的优劣直接影响着旅游目的地的旅游形象，进而影响旅游的可持续发展。中国旅客海外游越来越多，海外旅游市场也是越来越火热，河南海外旅游——这家为海外旅游的国人提供接送机，全程订制旅游路线及计划。定制旅游提供贴心周到的一站式服务，从旅行计划开始到结束，将照顾客人的航班、签证、行程以及在旅途中的任何细致需求，包括到地接向导、活动安排、安全保障、语言问题等。一站式涵盖的不仅仅是旅行前及旅行中的各种细致服务，当客人旅行回来后，专业的旅游顾问还将电话回访，对客人进行旅行的满意度调查，听取建议和意见，并及时改善，以便提供更好的定制服务。本文主要针对是一站式旅游服务模式在天目湖旅行社的实践运用，并且在运用中出现的问题，给与合理化的意见和建议，并且能够加强一站式服务的推广，促进旅游社的发展。关键词：天目湖旅行社一站式实践运用推广发展AbstractWiththedevelopmentofeconomyandtheimprovementofpeople'slivingstandards,tourismhasgraduallybecomeanindispensablepartofmodernhumanlife,andisoneofthemostimportantsocialandeconomicactivitiesofhumansociety.Theservicequalityoftourismisthesouloftourismandthelifeoftourism.Thequalityoftourismservicedirectlyaffectstheimageoftourismdestination,whichwillaffectthesustainabledevelopmentoftourism.Chinesetouristsoverseastravelmoreandmoreoverseastourismmarketisbecomingmoreandmorefiery,HenanOverseasTourism-thisisatouristdestinationforoverseaspeopletoprovideshuttleservice,theentirecustomizedtravelroutesandplans.Provideone-stopservicethoughtfulcustomtourism,travelplansfrombeginningtoend,willtakecareoftheguest'sflight,visas,travelandtravelinanydetailedrequirements,includinggroundtoguide,activityarrangements,security,andotherissuesoflanguage.Onestationisnotonlycoversallkindsoftravelandtravelinthemeticulousservice,whenthegueststravelback,professionaltravelconsultantswillalsotelephoneinterviews,investigationonthesatisfactionoftravelguests,listentosuggestionsandcomments,andtimelyimprovement,soastoprovidebettercustomizedservices.Thispaperistheuseofaone-stoptravelservicemodeinthepracticeofTianmuLaketravelagency,andtheemergenceofproblemsinapplication,givereasonableopinionsandsuggestions,andtostrengthenthepromotionofone-stopservice,topromotethedevelopmentoftravelagency.Keywords:TianmuLaketravelagencyone-stoppracticeapplicationpromotio
