摘要随着全球化的进程和国际贸易的发展，越来越多的国家开始发展跨境经济合作区，一方面是由于我国周边国家经济进入快速发展期，经济增长和对外开放水平仍将不断增加与提升，特别是在金融危机之后，全球面临重大调整，我国更应该利用好国际国内两种资源与市场、规避市场和资源的风险与挑战，另一方面，国际政治局势十分不稳定，从乌克兰危机到中日争端都影响着经济的发展，因此区域经济合作就成为了提高对外开放和合作水平的有效途径。本文主要分为三部分，第一部分主要说明国内外跨境经济合作区的背景和现状，并以以中越跨境经济合作区和国内的中哈霍尔果斯国际边境合作区以及上莱茵河跨境合作区和东亚朝韩开成工业园区的民族特区建设合作模式为例，从区位优势、功能优势、经营和管理模式、优惠支持政策几个方面进行简单的介绍，第二部从商谈时间、总面积、投资来源、经营模式、管理模式等几方面进行比较，最后一部分是浅谈对我国跨境经济合作区发展的一些启示以及对未来我国经济合作区发展的策略。关键字：跨境经济合作模式经验借鉴ThedomesticandforeignquiteinterstateeconomiccooperationzonepatternandtheexperienceprofitsAbstract：Alongwiththeglobalizationadvancementandtheinternationaltradedevelopment,moreandmoremanycountriesstarttodeveloptheinterstateeconomiccooperationzone.Ontheonehand,asourcountryperipheralstateshaveenteredintotheperiodofeconomyexpansion,theeconomicalgrowthandthelevelofopeningtotheoutsideworldstillneedtobeincreasedandthepromotedunceasingly.Specially,afterfinancialcrisis,thewholeworldarefacedwithasignificantadjustment.Thus,ourcountryshouldmakeuseoftworesourcesandthemarketsinbothdomesticandoverseas,andavoidtherisksandchallengesfrommarketsandtheresources.Ontheotherhand,theinternationalpoliticssituationwasextremelyunstable,fromtheUkrainecrisistotheChineseandJapaneseconflict,allaffecttheeconomicaldevelopment.Therefore,enhancingtheregioneconomiccooperationhasbecometheeffectivewaytoimprovetheleveloftheopeningtotheoutsideworldandthecooperation.Thisarticlemainlyisdividedintothreeparts.Inthefirstpart,itmainlyexplainsthebackgroundandthepresentsituationofthedomesticandforeigninterstateeconomiccooperationzone,andtakecross-bordereconomiccooperationzones,cross-bordereconomiccooperationzonesinVietnamanddomestic,KazakhstanHorgosInternationalBorderCooperationarea,acrosstheRhinebordercooperationareasandnationalSARco-opbuildingindustrialparkinEastAsiaasexample.Itmakethesimpleintroductionfromseveralaspects,suchasgeographicalsuperiority,thefunctionsuperiority,themanagementandthemanagementpattern,preferentialbenefitsupportpolicy.Inthesecond
