武汉工程大学本科毕业论文PAGEI2012届毕业论文题目论国际贸易与环境的协调发展专业班级08级国贸5班学号2008500056学生姓名王思敏指导教师龚清华指导教师职称讲师学院名称法商学院完成日期：2012年05月09日论国际贸易与环境的协调发展TheCoordinationofInternationalTradeandEnvironment学生姓名王思敏指导教师龚清华PAGEIII摘要随着经济与贸易全球化趋势的加强，经济增长与环境保护的矛盾日益突出，世界性环境保护浪潮随之而起，许多国家都在不断强化环境和资源保护方面的立法，提高环境保护标准，倡导绿色消费和清洁生产。同时许多国际组织也积极行动起来，为处理伴随经济全球化而出现的环境问题而不懈努力，为此而签订了许多国际公约。如何恰当的处理经济增长与环境保护的关系，实现可持续发展，正在成为世界各国学者和许多国际组织机构关注的重大课题。本文共分为四章。第一章分析该选题研究其背景及其研究意义，通过介绍国内外研究现状分析其主要内容、基本思路和主要方法。第二章既是国际贸易与环境相互关系的理论分析，介绍国际贸易与环境关系问题产生的背景及其之间的相互影响。第三章分析我国国际贸易与环境的冲突及原因。第四章提出了我国贸易与环境协调发展的对策。关键词：国际贸易；环境问题；协调发展AbstractWiththestrengtheningofeconomicandtradeglobalizationtrends,contradictionsbetweeneconomicgrowthandenvironmentalprotectionhavebecomeincreasinglyprominent,followedupthewaveofglobalenvironmentalprotection.Manycountrieshavebeenstrengthenedinlegislationwithregardtotheprotectionofenvironmentandresources,improvingenvironmentalprotectionstandards,advocatinggreenconsumptionandcleanerproduction.Whileatthesometimemanyinternationalorganizationsswingintoaction,toaddresstheenvironmentalproblemsassociatedwitheconomicglobalizationandmakeunremittingefforts,andthesigninganumberofinternationalconventions.Howtoproperlyhandletherelationshipbetweeneconomicgrowthandenvironmentalprotection,andsustainabledevelopment,isbecomingthemajorissuesofconcerntointernationalorganizationsoftheworld.Thisarticleisdividedintofourchapters.Chapteroneanalysestheirbackgroundandsignificanceofthesubject,byintroducingdomesticandforeignresearchstatusanalysisofitsmainelements,thebasicideaandmainmethod.ChapterIIisatheoreticalanalysisoftherelationshipbetweeninternationaltradeandenvironment,anddescribesthebackgroundoftherelationshipbetweeninternationaltradeandenvironmentanditseffectsinrelationtoeachother.ChapterIIIanalysestheconflictsandthecausesofinternationaltradeandtheenvironmentinChina.ThechapterfourthpresentscountermeasuresfortradeandEnvironmenttocoordinatedevelopmentinChina.Keywords:HYPE
