山东大学自学考试毕业设计(本科)山东大学自学考试毕业设计(本科)PAGEIVPAGEIV摘要滚刀是一种高效齿轮加工刀具,它直接决定着齿轮的加工精度。目前滚刀精加工设备的滚刀铲齿车床,大都属机械式且人工金刚笔修整砂轮,难以满足复杂截形滚刀的高精度、高效率加工要求。为此,本文进行了滚车床的数控化再制造研究,它不仅有助于解决复杂高精度滚刀的加工问题也增量盘活了现有滚刀铲齿车床,具有较为重要的循环经济效益和应用价值。首先,论文介绍了普通滚刀铲齿车床的结构及加工原理,提出了滚刀床数控化再制造的思路,进行了滚刀铲齿车床数控化再制造的功能要求与标体系的研究,为滚刀铲齿车床数控化再制造提供理论依据;其次,确定了数控化再制造的总体方案,包括再制造的具体内容及控总体方案。最后,进行了机床零部件的再设计,它包括机械传动系制造设计、砂轮修整系统结构设计、磨头的结构改造设计等。初步试验表明:再制造机床的加工精度能够满足复杂高精度滚刀的加工由于再制造成本显著低于新购同类设备费用,具有较好的应用前景。。关键词:数控化再制造,滚刀,铲齿车床,磨削ABSTRACTHobisaefficienttoolformachininggearwhichdirectlydeterminesthemachiningprecisionofgear.Atpresent,asanequipmentforhobfinishmachining,hobbacking-offlathearemechanical,andmoreover,thegrindingwheelwasmanuallyfinishedbydiamondpen,itismoreandmoredifficulttomeetthemachiningrequirementsofhighprecisionandefficiencyforcomplextruncatedhob.Therefore,NCremanufacturingofthehobbacking-offlathewasadvanced.Itnotonlycontributetosolvethemachiningproblemofcomplexhigh-precisionhob,butalsorevitalizetheexistinghobbacking-offlatheonalargescale,whichhighlightsthecirculareconomicefficiencyandappliedvalue.Firstofall,thestructureandworkprincipleofordinaryhobbacking-offlatheisintroducedinthepaper.ThemethodofNCremanufacturingforthehobbacking-offlathewasadvanced.ThefunctionalrequirementsandtechnicalIndicatorSystemofNCremanufacturingforthehobbacking-offlathehavebeenresearched,allofwhichprovideatheoreticalbasisoftheNCremanufacturingforhobbacking-offlathe.Secondly,thetotalschemeonnumericalcontrolledremanufacturingisestablished.Thedetailsandoverallcontrolschemeofcontrolsystemareincluded.Basedontheaboveresearch,thepartofmachinetoolisremanufactured,suchasthemechanicaltransmissionsystem,abrasivewheelfinishersystem,grindingheadpart,andsoon.Astheremanufacturingcostisgreatlylowerthanthechargeofbuyingthesamefunctionequipment.Itgainsbetterapplicationforeground.Keywords:NumericalControlledRemanufacturing,Hob,Backing-offLathe,Grinding,目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc307343822"1引言PAGEREF_Toc307343822\h1HYPERL
