浅谈国际工程管理中的精细化管理摘要：随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展以及对外开放的不断深入,国内施工企业在取得丰硕成果的同时，将触角伸向了海外施工市场，同时参与着国际和国内两个市场的激烈竞争。随着海外项目的不断发展壮大，施工企业要想降低成本、扩大利润空间，实现经济利益和社会效益的最大化，必须要转变传统的粗放管理方式，转而实行工程项目成本的精细化管理。实行成本的精细化管理是施工企业开拓海外施工市场首要条件，是企业超越竞争者、超越自我的需要，同时更是企业适应激烈竞争环境的必然选择，是企业长久屹立于国际承包工程舞台的重要保证。项目成本的精细化管理是一项系统工程。海外项目精细化成本管理能否获利，直接取决于正确地掌握工程项目成本的来源及构成，以相对较低的价格获取竞争优势，有效地控制成本核算，避免盲目开支，减少履约风险。本文以巴基斯坦高摩赞大坝工程为例，并结合笔者多年海外工程项目成本管理经验，对国际工程成本精细化管理进行了分析，并对加强精细化管理提出了几点建议。关键词：国际工程；项目管理；精细化管理；成本管理abstract:withtherapiddevelopmentofchina’ssocio-economicaswellasopeningupthedeepeningofthedomesticconstructionenterprisesinthefruitfulatthesametime,thetentaclesintotheoverseasconstructionmarket,andalsoparticipatesininternationalanddomesticmarketsandfiercecompetition.withthecontinuousdevelopmentandgrowthofoverseasprojects,theconstructionenterprisesinordertoreducecostsandexpandprofitmargins,toachievethemaximizationofeconomicbenefitsandsocialbenefits,wemustchangethetraditionalextensivemanagement,switchingtothemeticulousmanagementoftheprojectcost.theimplementationofthemeticulousmanagementofthecostofconstructionenterprisestoexploreoverseasconstructionmarket,thefirstcondition,theenterprisebeyondthecompetitors,beyondtheselfneeds,itisalsotheenterprisetoadapttotheinevitablechoiceofthecompetitiveenvironment,theimportanceofbusinessalongtimestandingintheinternationalengineeringcontractingstageguarantee.therefinementoftheprojectcostmanagementisasystematicproject.finecostmanagementforoverseasprojectstheprofitabilitydependsdirectlyonthemasterofthesourceandcompositionoftheprojectcost,andgainacompetitiveadvantagetoarelativelylowprice,effectivecontrolofcostaccounting,avoidblindexpenses,reducecompliancerisk.pakistanhighfrictionpraisedamproject,forexample,combinedwiththeauthorformanyyearsoverseasprojectcostmanagementexperience,meticulousmanagementoftheinternationalcostoftheprojectwereanalyzed,andsomesuggestionstostrengthenthemanagementoffine.keywords:internationalengineering;projectmanagement;meticulousmanagement;costmanagement中图分类号：
