贺新光：英文摘要贺新光：中文摘要PAGEIIPAGEIII精益生产模式下制造企业内部物流合理性探讨摘要：精益生产模式是一种先进的生产模式，对实现企业内部物流的反应快速化和成本最小化双重目的具有重要作用。这种生产体系是在多年发展探索的基础上建立起来的，其目标是以尽可能快的速度、最有效率、无浪费的方式生产顾客需要的产品。根据精益生产的原则，生产系统可以有效快速地生产高品质地产品来满足顾客需求，并能一次就做对。为了在激烈地全球竞争中，保持低成本、高品质的竞争优势，现在越来越多地企业正引入精益生产的思想。对很多中国企业来说，从何处入手及如何应用精益生产成了一大难题，因此很有必要探索一条适合中国企业实施精益生产的道路。我国大部分推行精益生产的企业，效果普遍不甚理想，原因是多方面的，但主要是缺乏创新的精神和行动，并且太过重视精益工具的使用，而不从深层次汲取精益的思想。本文通过对精益生产模式的介绍，可以为企业实施精益生产提供有效的途径和方法，并且通过海尔集团对精益生产模式的应用，探究海尔内部物流在精益生产模式下的合理化。关键词：精益生产；企业；应用InternallogisticsRationalityunderLeanProductionAbstract：Leanproductionisanadvancedmodeofproduction,whichplaysanimportantroleontheachievementofrapidresponseandcostminimizationoftheproductionlogisticsmanagementpattern.Thisproductioncontrolsystemhasbeenestablishedbasedonmanyyearsofcontinuousimprovements,withtheobjectiveofmakingtheproductorderedbycustomersinthequickestandmostefficientway,inordertodelivertheproductasquicklyaspossible,theproductisefficientlybuiltwithintheshortestpossibleperiod.withoutwaste.Basedonthebasicphilosophiesofleanproduction,themanufacturingsystemcanefficientlyandquicklymanufactureproductofsoundquality,oneatatime,thatfullysatisfycustomerrequirements.Today,agrowingnumberofcompaniesareturningtothethinkingofleanproductiontomaintainacompetitiveedgeinaglobaleconomyoffallingcost,risingquality,andrelentlesscompetition.ItistheproblemofmanyenterprisesthatfromwhereandhowtoimplementLeanProduction,sofindingaproperpathisveryimportantforaenterprisetoimprovecontinuouslyandimplementLeanProduction.Basedontheintroductionofleanproductionmodel,youcanimplementLeanproductiontoprovideenterpriseseffectivewaysandmethods,andbytheHaierGroup,theapplicationofleanproductionmodeltoexplorethereasonableofHaierproductionlogisticsunderleanproductionmode.Keywords：Leanproduction；Enterprise；Implementing贺新光：精益生产模式下制造企业内部物流合理化探讨2013届交通运输专业毕业论文目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc358541784"中文摘要PAGEREF_Toc358541784\hIHYPERLINK\l"_Toc358541785"英文摘要PAGEREF_Toc35
