PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT21PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT2广东省医药产业产学研创新研究【摘要】医药产业是广东省经济健康可持续发展不可忽视的重要环节，对维护社会稳定促进民生具有很大的作用。回顾过去几年的探索，医药类高校，科研机构通过与企业开展产学研合作取得了不少科技成就，提高了生产力，有效地促进了医药产业的发展。本文通过文献研究、案例分析和对比分析法，研究广东省医药产学研现状、存在问题，并对如何促进产学研深度融合提出相关建议。在研究中，笔者发现广东省医药产业产学研合作主要存在着合作层次不高、资金不够、动力不足的问题，需要政府、企业、高校、科研所多方协调、共同协作实现共赢。特别是政府要发挥自己的引导作用，建立健全相关法律法规，构建产学研合作平台，完善风险评估和科技中介体系，同时企业和高校、科研所要以市场为导向，促进科技成果产业化。【关键词】产学研合作科技成果产业化创新ResearchoninnovationofIndustryUniversityCollaborationinthepharmaceuticalindustryinGuangdongProvince[Abstract]Thepharmaceuticalindustryisanimportantlinkthatcannotbeignoredinthesustainabledevelopmentofguangdongeconomy,andplaysanimportantroleinmaintainingsocialstabilityandpromotingpeople'slivelihood.Lookingbackontheexplorationinthepastfewyears,medicalcollegesanduniversities,scientificresearchinstitutionshavemademanyscientificandtechnologicalachievementsthroughcooperationwithenterprises,improvedproductivityandeffectivelypromotedthedevelopmentofthepharmaceuticalindustry.Throughliteratureresearch,caseanalysisandcomparativeanalysis,thispaperstudiesmedical,industrialandresearchinGuangdongProvinceabouttheirpresentsituationandproblems,andmakessomesuggestionsonthemannersofpromotethedeepintegrationofproduction,learningandresearch.Inthestudy,theauthorfoundthatGuangdongProvince'spharmaceuticalindustry,industryandresearchcooperation,thereisalowlevelofcooperation,insufficientfunds,lackofmotivation,theneedforthegovernment,enterprises,universities,researchinstitutesmulti-partycoordination,cooperationtoachievewin-winsituation.Inparticular,thegovernmentshouldplayitsguidingrole,establishandimproverelevantlawsandregulations,buildaplatformforcooperationinindustry,researchanddevelopment,improveriskassessmentandscientificandtechnologicalintermediarysystem,whileenterprisesanduniversities,scientificresearchtomarket-oriented,topromotetheindustrializationofscientificandtechnologicalachievements.[Keywords]Industrial,academicandresearchcooperationScientificandtechnologicalac
