广州市卫生资源的空间布局及综合评价研究【摘要】目的:对2018年广州市卫生资源空间布局进行综合评价与分析,为卫生行政部门规划卫生资源分配提供科学依据。方法:进行统计分析,并采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数进行测量和分析卫生资源配置的公平性程度,运用Malmquist指数纵向比较2008-2018年全要素生产率。结果:2018年广州市卫生机构数、床位数、卫生技术人员数按常住人口分布的基尼系数分别为0.18、0.31、0.31;按地理空间配置的基尼系数分别为0.48、0.71、0.73。结论:广州市卫生资源总体上配置均衡且按人口分布处于合理状态;按地理分布的卫生资源配置处于相对不公平状态。卫生人力资源配置不均衡和物力资源不均衡是卫生资源配置不均衡的主要问题。应通过加大对新城区和卫生资源匮乏地区的卫生资源投入,重点加强技术的提升和优化人力资源配置。【关键词】卫生资源;空间布局;综合评价;基尼系数;洛伦兹曲线SpatialDistributionofHealthResourcesAndItsComprehensiveEvaluationinGuangzhoucity[Abstract]Objective:TocarryoutacomprehensiveevaluationandanalysisofthespatiallayoutofhealthresourcesinGuangzhouin2018,andtoprovideascientificbasisforthehealthadministrativedepartmentstoplantheallocationofhealthresources.Methods:Statisticalanalysiswascarriedout,thefairnessoftheallocationofsanitaryresourceswasmeasuredandanalyzedusingtheLorenzcurveandtheGinicoefficient,andtheMalmquistindexwasusedtocomparethetotalfactorproductivityfor2008-2018.Results:In2018,theGinicoefficientofthenumberofhealthinstitutions,bedsandhealthtechniciansinGuangzhoubyresidentpopulationwas0.18,0.31and0.31,respectively,andtheGinicoefficientbygeospatialconfigurationwas0.48,0.71and0.73,respectively.Conclusion:TheoverallallocationofhealthresourcesinGuangzhouisbalancedandthedistributionofpopulationisreasonable,andtheallocationofhealthresourcesaccordingtogeographyisinarelativelyunfairstate.Theimbalanceoftheallocationofhumanresourcesforhealthandtheimbalanceofmaterialresourcesarethemainproblemsoftheunbalancedallocationofhealthresources.Weshouldfocusonenhancingtechnologyandoptimizingtheallocationofhumanresourcesbyincreasinginvestmentinhealthresourcesinnewurbanareasandhealth-poorareas.[Keywords]HealthresourcesspatialdistributioncomprehensiveevaluationGinicoefficientLorenzcurve目录TOC\o"1-2"1前言PAGEREF_Toc40381891\h11.1研究背景PAGEREF_Toc40381892\h11.2研究意义PAGEREF_Toc40381893\h11.3国内外研究现状PAGEREF_Toc40381894\h22数据来源与方法PAGEREF_Toc40381895\h42.1研究对象PAGEREF_Toc40381896\h42.2数据来源PAGEREF_Toc4038
