摘要近年来,员工培训已经成为人力资源管理的热门话题,它在人力资源管理中占有重要比例。随着科学技术的不断发展,许多企业开始重视对员工的培训。培训,不仅可以使员工增长知识、提升技能,企业因此还可以在市场竞争中有更大的赢面。虽然很多企业增强了对企业员工的培训,但多数企业都将培训看做是了解岗位工作内容的“垫脚石”,没有真正的意识到培训对员工职生涯的关键作用。培训不能只注重表面,更重要的是要让员工提升自我,提高工作效率,才有利于企业的发展。本文主要以树童英语教育机构为研究对象,详细清楚地介绍了培训的各方面知识及培训对于员工和企业的重要性。在对培训知识有初步了解后,且在参考了多处的文献基础上,结合树童英语教育机构教师培训现状,发现树童英语教育机构教师培训存在培训内容实用性不强、课程设计不合理,缺乏针对性、培训教师观念陈旧、培训效果评估体系不完善方面的问题。为了解决树童英语教育机构教师培训方面存在的问题,针对以上内容,本文提出了一系列的解决措施,包括进行培训需求分析、制定合理的课程计划、提高培训讲师的整体水平、建立完整的培训效果评估体系,并在最后对上述的培训问题及对策进行系统性的总结。关键词:员工培训核心竞争力提升自我提高效率AbstractInrecentyears,employeetraininghasbecomeahottopicinhumanresourcemanagement,whichplaysanimportantroleinhumanresourcemanagement.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,manyenterprisesbegintopayattentiontothetrainingofemployees.Trainingcannotonlymakeemployeesincreasetheirknowledgeandskills,butalsoenableenterprisestowinmoreinthemarketcompetition.Althoughmanyenterpriseshaveenhancedthetrainingoftheiremployees,mostofthemregardtrainingasthe"steppingstone"tounderstandthejobcontent,withoutreallyrealizingthekeyroleoftrainingintheircareer.Trainingcannotonlyfocusonthesurface,moreimportantly,letemployeesimprovethemselves,improveworkefficiency,whichisconducivetothedevelopmentofenterprises.ThispaperfocusesonthestudyofShutongEnglisheducationinstitution,andintroducestheknowledgeoftrainingandtheimportanceoftrainingforemployeesandenterprises.Afterapreliminaryunderstandingofthetrainingknowledge,andonthebasisofmanyreferences,combinedwiththecurrentsituationoftheteachertraininginthetreechildren'sEnglisheducationinstitutions,itisfoundthattherearesomeproblemsintheteachertraininginthetreechildren'sEnglisheducationinstitutions,suchasthelackofpracticabilityofthetrainingcontent,theunreasonablecurriculumdesign,thelackofpertinence,theoutdatedconceptofthetrainingteachers,andtheimperfecttrainingeffectevaluationsystem.InordertosolvetheproblemsexistingintheteachertrainingoftreechildrenEnglisheducationinstitutions,thispaperputsforwardaseriesofsolutionsfortheabove
