摘要在我国经济迅猛发展的过程中,人们的消费能力得到大幅度提升,消费观念得到迅猛转变,餐饮行业该如何发展,餐饮企业该如何在竞争激烈的市场上脱颖而出变得尤为重要。故本研究以人山人海国际美食会星河城店为例,研究其体验营销和顾客满意度是否存在关系,这两者又是否能作用于餐饮企业的发展。带着该研究目的,本研究以问卷的形式搜集样本,并以SPSS统计软件进行分析,发现在体验营销的统计结果中,女性的认同度较高,其原因可能是该店优美、高端的消费环境能够满足女性的消费心理;在顾客满意度的统计结果中,发现年轻人的满意度较高,其原因可能是该店的自助模式能够给年轻人带来更多的新鲜感;在回归分析的统计结果中,发现体验营销与顾客满意度呈现正相关,其原因可能是顾客从进店开始便会通过看、听、用和参与等充分调动感官、情感和思考等进行体验,最终传导至其对本次消费的满意程度,所以本研究建议要合理制定体验营销的策略,从一个新的角度去关注顾客体验过程的心理变化,做到基本满足所有顾客的需求,让顾客有实质性地感受到宾至如归的感觉。关键词:体验营销顾客满意度餐饮企业ABSTRACTIntheprocessofrapideconomicdevelopmentinourcountry,people'sconsumptioncapacityhasbeengreatlyimproved,consumptionconceptshavebeenrapidlychanged,howtodevelopthecateringindustry,cateringenterpriseshowtostandoutinthecompetitivemarkethasbecomeparticularlyimportant.Therefore,thisstudytakestheRenshanRenhaiInternationalFoodAssociationofXinghechengStoreasanexampletostudywhetherthereisarelationshipbetweenexperiencemarketingandcustomersatisfaction,andwhetherthetwocanaffectthedevelopmentofcateringcompanies.Withthisresearchpurpose,thisstudycollectedsamplesintheformofquestionnairesandanalyzedthemwithSPSSstatisticalsoftware.Itwasfoundthatinthestatisticalresultsofexperiencemarketing,thedegreeoffemaleidentityishigher,whichmaybethestore'sbeautifulandhigh-endconsumptionenvironmentcanmeetwomen'sconsumerpsychology;Inthestatisticalresultsofcustomersatisfaction,itisfoundthatthesatisfactionofyoungpeopleisrelativelyhigh,thereasonmaybethattheself-servicemodelofthestorecanbringmorefreshnesstoyoungpeople;Inthestatisticalresultsofregressionanalysis,itisfoundthatexperiencemarketingispositivelycorrelatedwithcustomersatisfaction,andthereasonmaybethatcustomerstartingintotheshop,theexperiencewillbefullymobilizedthroughthesenses,emotions,andthinkingthroughwatching,listening,using,andparticipating,andfinallytransmittedtotheirsatisfactionwiththisconsumption.Therefore,thisstudyrecommendsthatastrategyforexperientialmarketingbereasonablyformulatedfromanewperspective.Payattentiontothepsychologicalchangesinthecustomerexperienceprocess,so
