摘要随着改革开放的不断深入与经济的持续稳定增长,国际国内市场竞争变得更加的激烈,企业在经营发展中面临着更多的挑战。基于此,企业在发展过程中必须要拓展新的利润新来源。当前,物流成本费用在企业总成本费用支出中所占比重较大,因此企业必须要进一步强化物流成本控制。在经济一体化与分工专业化背景下,供应链得到了更多企业的重视,企业如何在供应链背景下实现物流成本的有效控制已经成为了研究的重点课题。本文选取宜家家居番禺店为研究对象,基于供应链背景对其物流成本控制现状及存在的问题进行分析,包括物流成本控制理念不适应供应链管理的要求,物流成本缺乏基于供应链的管理手段,供应链缺乏整体性协调,运输成本管理效率低下,供应链环境下物流成本的信息化控制程度不高和供应链环境的物流专业人才缺乏等,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策措施,包括树立科学的物流成本控制理念、引入物流成本供应链管理手段、提升供应链协调性、提高公司物流成本信息化控制水平、积极引进供应链物流方面专业人才等,为供应链环境下宜家家居番禺店及其他企业实现物流成本控制提供借鉴。关键词:供应链物流成本成本控制AbstractWiththedeepeningofthereformandopeningupandthesustainedandsteadygrowthoftheeconomy,thecompetitionintheinternationalanddomesticmarketshasbecomemorefierce,andenterprisesarefacingmorechallengesintheiroperationanddevelopment.Basedonthis,enterprisesmustexpandnewsourcesofprofitsintheprocessofdevelopment.Atpresent,logisticscostaccountsforalargeproportioninthetotalcostofenterprises,soenterprisesmustfurtherstrengthenlogisticscostcontrol.Underthebackgroundofeconomicintegrationandspecializationoflabordivision,moreenterprisesattachimportancetosupplychain,andhowtorealizetheeffectivecontroloflogisticscostunderthebackgroundofsupplychainhasbecomethefocusofresearch.Inthispaper,thepanyustoreofikeawasselectedastheresearchobject.Basedonthebackgroundofsupplychain,thecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsoflogisticscostcontrolwereanalyzed.Lackofsupplychainbasedmanagementoflogisticscost,Lackofoverallcoordinationofsupplychainandlowefficiencyoftransportationcostmanagement,Thedegreeofinformationcontroloflogisticscostinsupplychainenvironmentisnothigh,Lackoflogisticsprofessionalsmeetthesupplychainenvironment,andputforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasurestosolvetheseproblemsmeasures,includingestablishingscientificlogisticscostcontrolconcept,theintroductionoflogisticscostofsupplychainmanagementmeans,improvethesupplychaincoordination,improvethelevelofcompany'slogisticscostinformationcontrol,activeintroductionofsupplychainlogisticsprofessionals,suchasthesupplychainenvironment,panyu,ikeastoreandreferenceforotherenterprise
