PAGE摘要二十一世纪，在国家科技政策的扶持下，依附自主创新和建立高新科技技术的科技型微小企业发展迅猛，科技型微小企业凭借自己的高新科技技术和科技创新，一个新型微小企业无论是科技成果转化、专利申请还是占国内生产总值的比重，都逐渐成为推动地区经济发展的主力军，科技型微小企业已成为我国高速发展高新技术产业的重要组成部分。保持经济平稳较快地发展、推动创新创业的重要基础是大力培育科技型微小企业，促进其发展也是关系国计民生和社会稳定的重大任务。然而，有很多科技型微小企业形成简单，但是存活下去困难。根据分析，在科技型微小企业生命周期的各个阶段中，最脆弱和最容易的“死亡”阶段是初始阶段，这也是关系到科技型微小企业生存和寿命的关键阶段。因此，本文重点钻研科技型微小企业初创期阶段的发展特点，并根据初创阶段所遇到的问题来分析，从案例分析中找出问题的根源，并且找到解决科技型微小企业初创期的发展对策。关键词：科技型微小企业发展瓶颈AbstractInthe21stcentury,withthesupportofthenationalscienceandtechnologypolicy,thescienceandtechnologymicroenterprisesrelyingonindependentinnovationandestablishmentofhighandnewtechnologydeveloprapidly.Withtheirownhighandnewtechnologyandscientificandtechnologicalinnovation,anewtypeofmicroenterprise,whetheritisthetransformationofscientificandtechnologicalachievements,patentapplicationsortheproportionofGDP,hasgraduallybecomeadrivingforceforregionaleconomyAsthemainforceofdevelopment,technology-basedmicroenterpriseshavebecomeanimportantpartofChina'shigh-speeddevelopmentofhigh-techindustries.Theimportantbasisformaintainingsteadyandrapideconomicdevelopmentandpromotinginnovationandentrepreneurshipistovigorouslycultivatetechnology-basedmicroenterprises.Promotingtheirdevelopmentisalsoamajortaskrelatedtothenationaleconomyandpeople'slivelihoodandsocialstability.However,therearemanytechnology-basedmicroenterprisesthatareeasytoformbutdifficulttosurvive.Accordingtotheanalysis,themostvulnerableandeasy"death"stageistheinitialstageinthelifecycleoftechnology-basedmicroenterprises,whichisalsothekeystagerelatedtothesurvivalandlifeoftechnology-basedmicroenterprises.Therefore,thispaperfocusesonthedevelopmentcharacteristicsofthestart-upstageoftechnology-basedmicroenterprises,analyzestheproblemsencounteredinthestart-upstage,findsouttherootcausesoftheproblemsfromthecaseanalysis,andfindsoutthedevelopmentcountermeasurestosolvethestart-upstageoftechnology-basedmicroenterprises.Keywords:ScienceandtechnologySmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesDevelopmentbottleneck目录TOC\o"1
